After a lot of research, I chose the TYC radiator for my Lexus GX470 replacement. Having never replaced a radiator before, I was naturally a little worried about the new one matching correctly, and certainly the fact that the newer engines are packed in very tight causing any and all work to be more difficult. To sum up the event, it was as smooth as one could imagine. The only issue I had,(which had nothing to do with the radiator itself) were the hose clamps in association to the tight space. The radiator was a PERFECT match and the complete replacement only took me about 2 hours from start to finish. The TYC radiator was an exact match and the only needed the radiator cap to be put on. The drain was already in place and I can say that I am VERY pleased with my purchase. To top it off, the dealership wanted to charge me 1100 dollars for a Lexus radiator install or 800 dollars for a non OEM radiator. I completed this entire job for less than 200 dollars and it works perfectly.
