If you are replacing the downpipe on your 02 wrx this is the one you want. The 3031f will not work so get this one. Fits fine but you will need to get the two gaskets from your dealer which will be another 45 bucks. still much cheaper than the magnaflow and I don't see much differance other than $200. Good luck!
