Excellent replacement radiator for my 99 GMC Suburban 5.7 4WD. A perfect fit and didn't require any extra adapters. I got new upper and lower hoses from Amazon as well. Added a pair of 2.25" Ideal hose clamps to the lower hose because the spring type clamps are too difficult to replace in the tight spaces. Packaging was good and dent free and quick shipping.

Full size trucks that use this radiator almost all have cracked their OEM radiator by now. The crack is about four splines down on the driver's side (opposite side of fill neck) plastic end cap. It's a hairline crack that will have grey discoloring around it. This is the most common place for this type of failure. The new radiator is holding up fine, but keep in mind that the OEM one took about seven years to fail, so I just hope this one lasts half that long.Unrelated, but also the second most common (maybe even tied for first place) coolant leaks are around the lower and upper intake manifolds on Vortec engines. Mine had two leaks in the front, but was deceiving because it appeared to be dripping from the back of the motor due to the V-8's rear-slant. So if you're going to be replacing the radiator, might as well get all new manifold gaskets as well and spend the weekend knocking out all the other leaks common to the 4.3 and 5.7 liter Vortec engines.

dropped right into my 97 gmc sierra 5.7l 4x4 automatic, i also have air conditioning. Pretty sure this is the OEM for GM and Chevy on these had one extra overflow fitting or something but it came with a cap and clamp to seal it off, truck runs just the right temperature now and no more leaks.
