The Dorman part is a hair shorter than OE (Grand Prix GT), but it does fit well. The heat shield on this part covers more than OE and the construction of the part seems very solid.It comes with 2 gaskets but you only need the one for the back manifold, as the front is a metal-metal seal. I used a wire brush on a drill to get the paint out from the inside of the front flange, and for the rear was careful to make it snug but not over-tight. The flanges on the back should not touch, but just put pressure on the donut to let it do it's job of sealing everything.The paint on the pipe will smell terrible for a day or two then go away, but man is it stinky for a while. Overall I'm happy since the price here on Amazon was less than 1/2 what Autozone wanted for the same part number.
