I purchased the pair of headlights for my 2001 Mercury Sable, after hitting a deer which fortunately only broke the driver-side headlight. I thought "Might as well get the pair so they'll both be new, bright, and they'll be an exact match"... wrong.The driver-side headlight assembly went in without any trouble or effort and fit perfectly; however, the passenger-side assembly would not go in. Upon further inspection of both of the new and the old headlight assemblies, I noticed a small cylindrical, pointed post (roughly 3/8" diameter and 3/4" long) on the back of the new passenger-side headlight. I checked the front of my car and there was no hole anywhere for this post to go, keeping the headlight assembly from fully seating into position.AutoLightsBulbs customer service gets 4/5 stars. They were quick to respond to my problem and sent one of their employees to check the remaining headlight assemblies that would match my driver-side. I was informed a short time later that all the remaining matching assemblies also had this small post, so a replacement part would do me no good. I was told I'd have to send the headlight back and provide tracking information to them to get my refund (half of my previous total minus tax). I was not happy about having to pay to send the assembly back and having to pay extra for a tracking number.If you're reading this, you may be thinking of purchasing these headlights...I'm NOT saying don't buy these headlights; I'm only suggesting that you check your old headlights and the front of your car BEFORE you order. I uploaded a photo of the post on Facebook to better show its location, here's the web address...[...] (Sorry, I was not aware prior to publishing this that I couldn't include a link to a non-Amazon site. If you're looking at the back of the passenger-side headlight assembly, the small post is about 6-7 inches from the angled edge and about an inch up from the bottom; coming from the angled edge, it is before the round headlight housing.)I haven't had any trouble from the driver-side headlight since installing it. They are a good product, when they fit.

So far so good with these replacement headlight assemblies. They installed fairly easily, though I did have an issue with the pins in the connector plugs not inserting easily into the harness connectors. My original assemblies were yellowed and filled with moisture. The difference is amazing....lots lof light now at night and no moisture issues so far!

It was fast too put on my car! they Are AMAAZZING!! I RECOMMEND THEM absolutley :) They made my lights way brighter, and I got lots of compliments on them.
